Women aren't men and liberty doesn't apply to them the same as it does to men.
Their brains are wired for child-rearing not for the level of autonomy man is wired for. This is why women under-perform when compared to men in STEM, physically, and also they cannot raise children as effectively without a dominant male partner. Overall, they do not "deserve" the same negative rights that men inherently have. The empirical evidence for that is out, it is the results that we see all around us today in which women are propped up by the government (men).
When I say that women shouldn't have the same liberties that men have, I admid that I'm making a post-hoc argument that looks at what the liberation of women did to us and what it still does to nations in terms of birth rate and moral decay.
Around the world women's liberation is highly correlated to below replacement birth rates and self-flagellating policies. I and for anybody else who highly values in-group prudence I take a look a few steps back at the liberation of women as the cause of the decline of what was a highly honorable and cultured West by any estimation. Whether or not we necessarily would have arrived at this situation, without the 19th Amendment for example, seems highly unlikely to me to have happened without the female vote and their tendencies to such awfully imprudent (although admittedly highly compassionate and caring) actions and policies.

One good example of this is the overwhelming Hispanic immigration that we face. This situation which we have arrived at being one where we depend on immigration to fill the quota of low skill jobs that need to be filled but cannot be legally. They (low skill jobs) cannot be filled legally because the value of these unskilled laborer immigrants work for below the minimum wage and are not valuable enough to work legally within the minimum wage. What caused the minimum wage and what allows these immigrants to enter the country to become rich, by the tens of millions, is woman's by and large lack of ability or desire to prefer their own people's (people who believe in Western values) quality of life over any other human's on Earth. This all in combination with not demanding that any immigrant adapt Western values is a combination which ultimately undoes all Western values as a hegemony.
Womankind is perfectly willing to use Western values to price all human life as equal as some sort of virtue, meanwhile destroy the very Western values which valued all lives as equal to begin with. Furthermore destroying their very own values by their hands, women are willing to act in a manner which is moral but is not prudent to a fatal degree. A fatal degree to which the livelihood of women today being a smaller price than rolling back their so called rights and returning to a wiser and less destructive voter base.
