I would pick the guy who was most with it, and inform him of my plans. I'd give him some time to prep, and allow him to keep his immediate family with him. To not totally screw the world over, I'd tell him to bring two of each kind of animal into this huge boat I was having him build, and seven of the animals that are tasty. Once all were aboard, I'd make it rain, a lot of rain. I'd wipe the world clean with a flood so severe it would be over a year till he could find dry land. To let him know I wouldn't wipe the earth clean again, I'd send him some type a sign of hope. When the waters dried up, the world would be his. He'd probably screw it up five minutes later.
