Save up just like everyone else does for shit they want. Getting your dick lopped off is a luxury for mental defects and isn't necessary, so being that it's completely optional, it should ALWAYS be paid out of pocket.

I'm currently working to save for a lake home, but you don't see me expecting a fucking handout even though I need at least $100k in cash for it so I can have at least 20% down.

Difference being, I'll have my cash saved in around 2 years to cover the last part I need, whereas the trannies will all suffer because they will be waiting for someone to pay for their luxuries. Fuck 'em, they can get tossed off the tallest building in town and we'd be better off.
