This is Kelly's former teacher and current boss. Notice how she has an MA in Cinema Studies, a career as film and video curator, and is a pioneer in the field of electronic media preservation.
As a teacher, she's in charge of grooming promising artists; as an artist and curator, she's in constant communication with the people in charge of galleries and collections, but is also in need of more and more funding; as an important faculty member, she might be able to help her students with the other professors.
