It's not US cops - that filename was custom, for this thread. One of the 'cops' was wearing bluejeans, and, no US cops would just blow a man's head to ribbons like that, it would not look good on the news.

Dude was out of his face on PCP, waved his gun out the window, and then wiped out. He then proceeded to immeditely point his gun at the cops and start shooting soon as he got out of his car.

Couple of things I found alarming about this video.

1. The police clearly shooting in the line of bystanders in the background.

2. The lack of acceleration the police cruiser V8 engines have.. huge displacement with no real power. The auto gearbox operates like something from the 60s too. Whilst we're on the topic of US cars, I saw a 2017 Mustang (UK model) parked outside my office today, from a distance it looked good. So I went for a closer look, man they are cheaply put together, low quality materials. Everything you would expect from, well a Ford.
