Manlet mostly means that you are so short that you are seen as less of a man. If you are shorter than most women when they are wearing heels than you are a 100% a manlet. If you are only slightly above that height you are borderline. If the average woman in tall heels reaches your chin or mouth you are probably good.

So the average American woman is 5'4" tall, and when in 4 inch heels is about 5'8" tall. So 5'8" is definitely a manlet. 5'10" means that at a high class party a number of women will be taller than you, but around 6' very few women (less than 10%) in heels will be taller than you.
