Unironically, getting rid of D.A.R.E and other programs because educating them about the drugs at a young age does more harm than good. Imagine somebody at a party passes you something you've never heard about, ever. Are you gonna smoke it? Probably not. But if you learned back in 4th grade what it is, you might say yes. Not to mention, every kid hates the presentations, so they ignore them and maybe even want to do drugs just out of spite. It's just like that theory that those cringey anti tobacco commercials are funded by big tobacco to do the same thing.
