Depending on who you're talking to, a good segue into it would be Ron Paul, as Ron Paul gave a speech at the founding of the party back in '92 and endorsed their presidential candidate back in '08.

Right now Matt Riccardi is running for governor of New Jersey as the Constitution Party candidate.

Yes, he may not be a perfect fit for the party, and it could have just been opportunity rather than resonating with the Consitution Party's principles, but the fact that 36.4% voted third party shows us that people are willing, even for this supposedly 'irrelevant' party.
