God and genetics granted me a height that allows me to be alpha without gym.

Because I'm too lazy to work out intensively, and don't want bulk, so I surf (have been since I was a little kid) and do cardio. I also eat well to help stay in shape. I prefer to be in shape and slender especially now at age 41.

I also have no desire to fight anyone, so I have the one device that is sure to stop a fight. I have trained intensively with that device, and that is good enough for me.
