That bit about "15,000 trans people are serving today" is bogus. There's about 1.5 million service members, and they're taking the high end estimate of 1%.
The more accepted number is 0.3 to 0.6%, or, 5,000 to 10,000.
It further assumes that people who identify as transgendered are as likely to join the military as those who do not, which I believe is a false assumption.
If you like to dress up in women's clothing, maybe the military isn't where you want to go, anyway.

How is the number even as high as 0.3%? I've seen about half a dozen trannies in my life and never personally met one and I live in my country's biggest city.
