From my perspective:
It's cooperation, responsibility and planification.
Whites (and Asians) seek recognition from their parents and work hard for it. They shame their lazy offspring unlike niggers. They have higher standards and kick their kids earlier to the world unlike niggers live from their grandma's welfare with zero shame from their own community.
