Post your honest thoughts on why Trumps should not or should fire or pressure Sessions into resigning. What did Sessions do wrong? Will the backlash be worth it? Are they even in on all of this?
My points are
>Sessions is an early Trump supporter, one of the first to endorse him and strongly supported his stance on immigration along with Bannon, Miller
>He IS strong and kind of ignorant on weed (equating it with heroin) but he said that he won't intrude on state laws, he won't federally force war on marijuana
>I don't care about the hard stance asset forfeiture i don't think that cops are just gonna rob people on the streets more than seize criminal assets
>He recused himself because it hurt his legitimacy and a special counsel would have been appointed anyway because of the Comey leaks
I don't think that Trump should fire him or especially berate him publicly in hoping he resigns. The Senate won't approve another good AG amidst the turmoil, Sessions right now is at good as it gets.
I think the tension between Sessions and Trump is a show, a ruse to keep the media thinking that Trump's administration is in shambles.
We've seen multiple signs that something big is coming, possibly a crackdown on the leakers, possibly arrests of DNC officials. Whatever is coming, when it happens Sessions is going to be taking point.

Just remember all the "sources" and news of him asking to resign and now it's the other way around.

Too little information. I'd rather hear what Sessions has to say.
And the build up sounds feels more like >>135005600 so I'm calmly waiting to see what happens.

President Trump is a businessman. Businessmen work on deadlines. July 27th is the deadline President Trump set for Sessions to get the ball rolling on the swamp draining. That is how WH Anon knows what date shit will go down. The tweets and public comments are a reminder to Sessions that he better step the fuck up or Trump will find someone else who will get the job done.

>a crackdown on the leakers

Sessions defended Trump before even on the recusal comments after the Comey firing, it could be more smokescreen because i couldn't really see Sessions getting pissed at Trump for calling him out on not cracking down on crime i see it as whistleblowing and now the media and the left are defending sessions while he....starts cracking down on leaks kek
