It's that the richest 1% hasn't had to compete with low-skilled immigrant workers at all, while we were forced to by our gouvernments.
Ironically, leftist tax rates on the rich have helped facilitate wealth inequality.
Truthfully, there's nothing wrong with wealth inequality and wealth mustn't be redistributed but earned, which requires the removal of immigrants and women from the labour force so companies have no alternative but to pay the men more, and women have no alternative but to marry and shut up.

Any state that is a welfare state fails miserably. Everybody needs to work for their fair share.
I really think the solution to our problem is a capitalist/nationalist combo for the economy.
Stuff like banning franchising, banning overseas production, etc.
Regular people need to run businesses, not tycoons.

Agree 100% with "don't live outside your means" but putting a few things on credit is fine ASSUMING:
1) you can pay the entire balance of your credit card bill every month, no exceptions.
2) you have a budget you can make realistic and stick to, no exceptions. (This requires budgeting some "flex spend" money should something weird happen, or you get a random urge to deviate)
3) you have a stable job and have minimum 3 months worth of budget available in some liquid form. (6 months or more is ideal, 3 is usually enough to pick a job back up if your current one drops)

IF you meet all three then a credit card is not unreasonable. But if you answer "no" to any of them then absolutely don't give into the jewery.

Capital expenses (house is the biggest example) are an entirely different matter.

Real question, if everyone in the 1% where to theoretically split there money into medium income values would that raise the mediums average significantly?
