As per the declaration of Gook Moot, we are allowed one thread to talk about the problems of the board and how to potentially solve them.
As we all know, this board has been declining in quality for months now, the fact that's its Summer ATM doesn't help either.
The board is flooded with slide threads and low quality spam threads in general, and so to remedy this I propose we implement a 15 minute cool down in between creating a thread.
Thoughts?
