I'm just disappointed that millions of people have been discussing his breach of bail, yet not a single person has said "I contacted the DPP, he's fucked." I'm a lawyer on the other side of the world, so I can't do shit as I'm not an American citizen, but if he were here, I'd make sure I'd ride his case and push the DPP to fuck him.

Then again, we have our own problems in AUS. Chance of it happening will increase massively if he shows contempt for the legal process by breaching his bail, which we have evidence of - but again, we need a seppo to actually pass this information on.

Otherwise he'll argue being a pillar of the community, activism, being a teacher and an upstanding citizen as mitigating circumstances and may get off on a community order unless there's significant outrage.
