This is a continuation (sort of) of an earlier thread (link:http://boards.4chan.org/pol/thread/134980666).
Why has Africa been unable to create an empire as large as the Europeans or Asians?
Why didn't they have large complex societies that generate ideas on par with Confucianism or the Enlightment?
How can Japan with very little natural resources bounce back from a nuke but Africa with hundreds of resources can't feed it's populations or generate economic powerhouses after colonialism?
