There's your problem. They're different ideologies that handle things differently.

You can run a business, so long as it benefits the state.
In our case, McDonalds would be instantly shut down due to how unhealthy their food is. You also have to work, in a NatSoc society, you are not allowed to be a parasite. If you cant get a job, you join the military. Unlike communism, you're allowed to get rich, but you can never be richer than the state. So if you go up, you bring the state up as well, end of story. In capitalism, you can see our government is influenced by investors interests. Highest bidder takes the cake. Try checking out Cultured Thug on youtube. Well, for starters, Fascism is Italian, while National Socialism is German.

Insofar as their economic policies, Fascism sought to envelop every corporation into the will of the State, like it did with every business and individual. The corporations would become tools, used to produce goods and services for the Italian people that the State could block or condemn at any moment. Its ultimate economic goal was corporativism, destroying capitalism by having full control over the economic life of the nation.

National Socialism, however, let free enterprise proceed as normal, so long as it was not being harmful to the interests of the nation/the German volk.

This is just an incredibly basic overview of the two branches. Likely, your greatest mistake would be assuming that there are only two poles to economic life - Marxism and Capitalism. I suggest you move beyond this assumption to garner a broader and more advanced view of the Third Position, and Fascist Economics

You're allowed to freely experiment with different business ideas but the state will intervene and potentially shut down your operations if there are obvious negative public health problems caused by your product/service. There is also a system by which the state will assist you in finding employment should you lose your job. That's basically it.

I'm not trying to think in those narrowing turns, but it's the decision of existing major corporate entities and small business ventures that confuse me. If the US transitioned to a single party state with emphasis on state-interest policies, wouldn't it be assumed that most major operate entities esentaly would BECOME the federal power? Fucking with existing money is bad business, so wouldn't it be assumed that they wouldn't try to dissipate the old fuckers in ivory towers?

If you have a factory, the government tells you what to produce, who to buy input from, who to sell to, at what quantity and price, are you really the owner?

Then, can there be a functional market with set prices?
