Go to any police station where people with court orders etc. have to visit. The arab/black male/female is overrepresented there.

I've been to Tampere police station twice this year. First time there was an african immigrant talking about his crime of carrying brass knuckles. Second time we had an arab female, two african males and an arab male. They had put up signposts in arabic along with the finnish ones to aid the foreigners.
