you really can't compare the left with the right in terms of unity - the whole point behind a board such as /pol/, or when talking about the right in that matter, is that the entire movement is completely decentralized - we have no leaders, we have no meetings, we don't really socialize etc.

Centralization is the first step towards infiltration - having people all across the globe identifying in this movement but having no command structure is actually one of the best ways to keep the entire thing pure, as it doesn't allow kikes and niggers to come up with a platform that could potentially hijack the movement. For more info regarding this type of movement, go grab a book and read about Codreanu's "nests" (cuib) - groups of people spread across the country, no bigger than 12 members, could potentially have a much larger impact overall than a centralized movement, as it keeps the ideology intact and it allows the members to spread evenly across a nation etc.
