Guys I have an idea: Why don't we use Peat Moss (Sphagnum) seeds?
They're invasive and annoying as fuck (http://manoa.hawaii.edu/hpicesu/DPW/HCC-2010/sphagnumpdf.pdf)
Just like any other annoying plant out there.

Here's the thing about these fuckers; these guys spread their seeds via wind. To spread its spores, the capsule holding the spores builds up air pressure before rupturing and launching the spores high in the air. In short, they explode their seeds up into the air at a speed of 65mph (29m/s) in less than 1/1000 of a second. Imagine being around a bunch of these guys while you're walking around the hood. Shitty, right?

But that's not all. You know what else this stuff does? It sometimes spontaneously erupts in flames. (pic related) These guys are a great source of carbon fuel (Peat bogs cover 1% of the earth but contain 30% of Earth's carbon). This shit burns underground, and is a pain in the ass to deal with:

I think climbing plants are the best for this job.
Two comes to my mind: common ivy and vines (like thicket creeper).
Common ivy sounds like the better choice: It's pretty much unstoppable, undemanding, if it's big enough it cannot be removed without damaging the house and it's poisonous.

Also a similar plant is Common Hop (Humulus lupulus) it grows as a thick vine with big leaves and produces hops, that are used in beers for flavor and smell enchancers.
It belongs to Cannabacea family as it resembles a strong scent as Cannabis.

Hey guys i have an idea, since cardboard is biodegradable, why not use it in the satchels?
If you fill toilet paper rools with the mixture, when it gets thrown, it wont spread or break up as much, meaning the seeds will have all the material at their disposition to start growing with more ease, giving the operation a better chance of success.

Also another reason to use toilet paper as the container for the mixture is it allows for more strategical placement of the plants such as pic related.

Explanation for pic:
1 make satchel with toilet roll, so that it rolls
2 throw it at the roof of a house
3 the satchel rolls and gets stuck in the gutter
4 the gutter hides the plants from sight while they are weak and defenceless
5 the roof feeds the seeds as much water as necesary, the gutter saves it up
6 plants grow along the gutter, eventually clogging it
7 poor water displacement results in leaks
8 either the gutter is replaced, in which case, 10$ for you end up as hundreds in repairs and so on or the plant keeps growing at a hard place to reach, meaning that its removal becomes harder every passing day and if still, not removed, then the weight of the plant might break the roof

In any case, with this strategy, ivy or some simple plant can cause a lot of damage and growing costs for the target at a ridiculously low price.

One thing to consider when constructing these seedbombs is the amount of water in the base.

A more wet, goopy seedbomb will be more likely to get into the soil than a rock-hard ball of clay and seed.

this strategy isn't clear to me. The niggers NEED to go somewhere. I am personally conflicted because I like our older urban center in the Northeast and think it's important to reclaim and restore them. That being said the niggers will just disperse into nearby suburbs, wrecking them. So while most of those aren't aesthetically or historically important they do cover a lot more area and the niggers will disperse into areas and drive out the locals
