"Black culture" does not exist because it is simply consumer culture targeted AT "black people" (American blacks). As >>134819842 points out. Africans also don't have a "black culture" there are different cultures. Not sub cultures. cultures. completely seperate things. This is like saying "POC culture". It is something of a trick to form politically/commercially convenient groupings.

If you look at the push in films and media recently it is mostly just instructions by the system to try and induce them to do something or involve themselves in something. i.e the system owns the culture and the only thing black about it is the target audience, the reciever. They also do this with white people but towards subcultures not ethnic cultures and the mechanisms of critical review are there to stop it being taken too seriously.
