Probably worth noting that the ruling threw out a case being brought by privacy groups, it did not speak to whether states can continue to keep the previously-publicly available info secret now that a President they don;t like wants it.

The answer to that will likely eventually be "no, they can't" but this ruling does not do that yet.

>>
>>134792121

I'd be open to the idea if there were actually evidence to support it. So far, we don't have any, and personally I very much doubt that the commission will find such proof.

The only reason we're talking about this at all is that the president is obsessed with popularity and needs to believe (and needs us to believe) that he won the popular vote, when he already maneuvered well enough to win the election fair and fuckin' square. No two ways about it.

He's not the first president to win with the electoral vote only, and it has no impact on his legitimacy.

So if I post a video saying that I have done something, that makes it true?

If I walk into a police station and insist that I have killed a dozen people, but the police find zero evidence to support that, my statement is meaningless. So until we have actual evidence of it, I'm inclined to believe that the 'admissions' of those people on tape is more likely to be stories they came up with to make them appear like successful and capable political operatives.
>>
>>134791729

Why do you think she even won the popular vote?

Not every state has more than a half million illegals willing to vote though.
>>
>>134792826

Who cares if its 3 million or 300. Illegals shouldn't be voting. PERIOD...Dems won't even acknowledge ONE illegal voted. Its beyond the realms of possibility to them, but its TOTALLY objective FACT in their minds that the Russian govt performed a psyop on the entire country and coerced people into voting for Trump.

This is how liberals think.
>>
>>134793464

Because all of the evidence says that she did. The trouble is she didn't have support in enough states to win. Our system guarantees that we don't get 'mob rule', and that each state (With their different politics) gets to have a say regardless of population.

The fact that you have said this is still enough evidence for the police to investigate. It doesn't mean you'll be found guilty, but it still counts as evidence.

Are you retarded? It's been known for years that democrats use illegals in blue states to rig elections. During the last eletion Obama literaly went to rallies saying that illegals should vote and fuck the consequences. You lefties are in so much shit dude, you have no idea. When people here point ut Trump won the popular vote they are not wrong, he won the past election by a huge margin, the whole "BUT SHE WON THE POPULAR VOTE" were their last grasps at trying to convince the public they had any credibility as a party to have the electoral college give the left the presidency. Now without the imported illegals, and after all the shit the left has pulled in the last decade, they should do like obama and flee the USA as soon as possible, because shit is gonna go down.

Illegals couldn't back their way out of a paper bag. But the issue of allegedly hackable voting machines should be investigated alongside illegals voting. I, as a german, followed the election very closely.
I always had the suspicion that there were A LOT of illegal voters, even before the commission. Illegals are a huge problem in your country and on top of that you have a lot of niggers who are - to be honest, and aside the NBA players- of no use except for the gas chamber. Niggers have low intelligence and will always vote socialism (=Democrats). You may not get rid of niggers in a nice Genocide or Holocaust but you can still fight illegals. Everyone with a brain would have voted Trump (as did the vast majority of white people) and i expected him to win even in a bigger landslide. But the illegal vote diminished that to a regular win.

You guys need to tie a vote to a persons ID/registration so that its 110% bulletproof. Someone identifiying himself with a drivers license or some other non strict-ID is ridicolous. You need to enforce the law to the maximum
>>
>>134794657

The majority of excess votes came from NY and Cali. Two democratic strongholds with heavy grass root campaigns. Having lived in both I can completely believe people with a moral chip on their shoulder would have illegally voted. All they have to do is demand voting be fixed in those two states and Dems are fked forever.

I am not against an investigation. I just do not believe that Trump won the popular vote because right now, I do not have evidence to support that. Meanwhile, the election results were certified and Trump won fair and square by being smart and campaigning well in the right states.

If you have worked in a campaign, this is not news to you at all. There is a concept -- "walking around money," used in Democrat urban politics, it means you give your guys in the field cash to spread around as needed on election day to roll the buses, pay voters, whatever is needed.

In my home state, at one point they closed liquor stores on election day because many a bought voter was getting drunk on his preceeds and so was unable to keep voting for the rest of the day.

That's the other side of the coin to our electoral system. You can't win just by support of a few populous states, you need to obtain wide enough support among many states, with people all across the country trusting you to act in your interests, not just in the cities and not just along the coasts.

>>134795518

My only point has been that there remains no actual, hard evidence that fraud lost Trump the popular vote. If there is, then I'm perfectly open to looking it over. So far it hasn't been found to be the case in any state, nor by those who certified the election results, but we'll see.

No one gives a shit about Trump on this issue. The problem is 5 million votes could change state elections dramatically. Especially in states that have propositions that are voted on.

Some of the dumbest laws have been passed by vote, even when the language of those laws say it's a bad idea. But they passed because democrats shilled for them.

He is not having a recount, that is a different thing entirely.

Because if they find massive voter fraud in places like California it draws into question every person elected to state government and every proposition that either favored illegals or favored the Democratic party.

Things like the "background checks for ammo purchases" or "assault weapon ban" laws that no one seems to understand how they got such wide margins of support when gun control has been unpopular for years.
>>
>>134795329
This is what I never get an answer for in regards to the "vote data collection" shit. What data? Its not like you sign the ballot. At best the only thing they can get is the amount of votes from each voting station as well as (if it works like it does up here) the list of names of who actually showed up, in which case they can compare number of votes to people who legally showed up.

Unless I'm missing something and you guys give away your information when you vote or something retarded. Your entire system is fucky

>there's no proof of widescale voter fraud

>I'll agree to the fact that fraud won Clinton the popular vote only once the evidence conclusively shows that, though.

Out of curiosity, where do you stand on the states that are refusing to share data with the commission that would show whether or not the allegation was true?

Personally, I think the allegation that Hillary carried the popular vote (meaningless, in any case) through millions of illegal votes is laughable. But I think vote fraud is much more widespread than the Dems like to make out, and that looking into it, establishing how bad it is and fixing it would be a Good Thing. Hiding data that would show what is going on seems to me to be a Bad Thing, and suspicious as fuck.

Take gun control laws in California for example. These laws, when polled before vote, get around 30% support continuously.

But when they hit the ballot box, they close at 80% support.

No amount of mental or statistical gymnastics can excuse margins like that.
>>
Holy fuck. Do you guys understand what this means?

4 million votes that were casted for hillary are gonna turn out to be either:

A: illegal immigrant voters

B: voters that are nonexistant people or dead people

This is gonna cripple the democratic party, trump is gonna make it so EVERY state has laws that all voters must show proof of citizenship (birth certificate, drivers license) and 2/3 of every regular voter for the democratic party are gonna be unable to vote. The republicans will hold the senate majority, have control of the house and majority of state representatives.

No, not even close. A judge has tossed out one suit trying to keep data from the Commission looking into voter fraud -- said judge ruling in a peripheral case in Trump's favor.

The issue of states withholding public information from the commission will wind up in the Supreme Court no matter how lower courts rule.

I would say it should be a slam dunk for the Commission, but with the past history of the court as a guide, no issue is sufficiently clear cut to be certain what they will decide.

Fair enough, so you now at least admit there is evidence of organized voter fraud -- which may have been your beleif all along, but now it is explicitly stated.

You are right, there is no proof of the scale of that fraud yet, and certainly nothing to support the President's allegation of >3 million. In this state, we give our name, and address, the poll work checks that we're on the list, and we vote. Already in the system is your party registration, if any, which shows whether you are eligible to vote in primaries and, if so, whose.

That data is available to any person who walks into the Board of Elections with $100 or so to pay for the clerk's time running you a copy, electronically or printed on paper. But my state says this information which both parties buy multiple times during the election to target who has not yet voted with turnout efforts, is somehow to sensitive to share with the Commission.

it is public information though and the federal government has as much right to it as anyone else and they also have the legal authority to review state elections under various statues (some for civil rights, some where they paid states to "modernize" their voting systems, etc).

this investigation is well within the law.

Obama was doing the same shit while in office. Engaging in widespread attempts to suppress white turnout and rig elections by claiming civil rights violations and interfering with state electoral process.

It is just politics. But voter fraud is very real and clamping down on it is a good thing. Liberals now walk around saying that "no one is illegal" and completely believe that illegal aliens should be allowed to vote and encourage them to, which cannot be allowed.

The polls were wrong....so wrong that it was unbelievable. I don't think they expected so many people to turn out for Trump.

I am glad to see the research on voter fraud. If 1 person illegally voted intentionally, they should face punishment. We need voter ID. PERIOD. I don't see how a voter ID will keep the colored people from voting. They already have an ID so they can buy newports and 40s....its not like they don't have ID. There is no good reason not to have voter ID after this. It would help with accountability.

Nobody has said (that I have seen) that a statement is proof, but a confession is evidence.

Elsewhere you seemed to be saying that you want proof before believing -- fair enough -- but you also have said there is no evidence. There is.

>If they used illegals to win, don't you think they'd have made use of enough of them
You have to have states where all you need is an ID to vote and no proof of legal residence for IDs and you have to have a Democrat establishment in power that won't come back and prosecute people for organizing the illegals to vote.

Since Republicans have taken over most of the states in the country that narrows it down to NY and CA pretty much.

In order for illegals to vote in large numbers the must be organized. That is very likely happening in NY and CA and that means prosecutions of the organizers which means flipping people who testify about all kinds of corruption up the food chain in local politics.

The end goal here is to tear down the democrat strongholds in NY and CA and with them tear down the entire democrat party in its current form.

I'm not sure this is true. The shock and outrage she experienced do not agree with your theory.

I think Slick Willie knew they wer runjning a hugely stupid chance by pulling walking around money from key states where she needed the electoral votes, to try to run up popular margin and maybe get some congressional coattails. So he likely knew they had fucked up, or at least suspected they had.

Hillary should sue her campaign team for professional malpractice or something, they were morons.

SoCal resident here. Illegals vote. The way it's done is they fill out on on-site voter registration form. In Spanish on request for their convenience. No ID required for voting either.

So in theory, a """voter drive PAC""" could get a friendly address in every town, bus illegals in to the polling office, have them fill out the on-site registration using that address, and vote. Rinse repeat for the entire day. Best to have a coach with them though. In 2012 I saw four Mexicans voting this way and fucked it up and had to get new forms and new ballots. All while I was waiting in line, four mistakes. Remember that when someone brings up how plausible it was for Obama to win districts with ZERO votes for Romney.

But, coupled with my own experiences working campaigns, I find the confessions of voter fraud conspiracy pretty believable -- certainly there is cause to investigate.

I don;t believe that, I have stated upthread that I doubt there was sufficient fraud to change the popular outcome (which is meaningless anyway, we do not have a direct popular national election.)
