I'm an actual family law attorney unlike the others responding to this. I've drafted and defended the enforcement of prenups.

Prenups can be thrown out for certain reasons, mostly involving sloppy creation.

It's not romantic but if you don't to full and fair disclosure of all your assets, you end up with a void prenup no question. Don't fuck that step up, make sure your attorney puts it right in the agreement that it happened and maybe attach some exhibits.

Fraud can make it void, so don't lie. Duress can make void (forcing someone to do it). There needs to be time for review so make sure it is signed and done long before the marriage date.

The unconscionable/unfair thing most people said in response to you is extremely rare now a days. There was a point in legal history where "Unconscionable" was the go to way to break a contract. That is no longer the case. People get stuck with what they bargained for nowadays unless its really stupid like "you get nothing."

I had a client who had just started his own business and was marrying a woman who owned her own business as well that was slightly more rich than him but she wanted a prenup that said no alimony and businesses remain separate and don't go to equitable distribution. Since you would be in contempt of court it would theoretically be forever or until you agree to pay.

Obviously there are limits on how long a judge can jail you for contempt, but every new refusal to pay would be a new contempt charge, so they would just haul your ass out of jail every week / month / year and ask "Are you prepared to fulfill the obligations of this court?" and every time you say "No" you are sentenced to yet another term for yet another contempt of court.

There is not even any means of appeal or parole, since the only exit is to obey the court.

How to not get financially raped by any gold digger:

Make a marriage contract witch says, that if your marriage gets canceled by either the wife or the husband, nobody gets anything from the other person.

It's important to have a lawyer for this, because you will only pay penny for the lawyer compared to a goddigger.

Normally the golddigger will leave as soon as you say "you will get nothing if you divorce".

I would also include in the marriage contract that if you get cucked, that the marriage is over and she won't get anything. Also include that if she gets a child which isn't yours, that the marriage gets canceled as soon as it's clear that the child isn't yours and she gets nothing after the divorce.

If you make the right marriage contract with your lawyer you don't need to fear anything financially if your wife is a piece of shit.
