I'm not going to do your homework for you but I will point you in the right direction.
The Bell Curve by Charles Murray is a great place to start. The Minnesota Trans-Racial Adoption Study is another.

Additionally, you can look up behaviors that are highly correlated with low-iq such as violent crime. FBI crime statistics are an excellent resource for this. Table 43 is the one you're looking for.

Poverty is a contributing factor with low-iq and it's related behaviors but it is not the only or the strongest factor. The strongest factor is race. For proof you can look up very poor white neighborhoods in Appalachia for example and see the violent crime rate is much lower than black neighborhoods of similar average income levels.
