Not if your units are always running away do to low organizations and Grand battleplan units getting over a 100% combat bonus for over 4 months, in those first 4 months what does firepower do? It might give a bit more soft attack but it will lose a large amount of organization for it, plus the 25% night time bonus.

If i assume Eurasia was Stalinist, then i would 100% be with them.
Stalin was sane enough to realize every ethnicity should remain separate and to not destroy entire cultural/traditional ways, so it would be in best interest to be with Eurasia since it controls most of europe and it's great industry and manpower.

When Winston starts narrating his diary to the reader. he says helloe to the people fo the future from the time of thoughtcrime and big brother,

this keeps in line with the concept of doublethink, your led to believe in hopelessness but orwell put the message of hope in between the lines

back to the telescreen. The telescreen could be manipulated by those in the know, like the party bosses that could dial down the sound or turn it off completely.
