A couple of Saudi teenagers decide to see what happens if they pool money for a mercenary attack and decide to test it on America. America responded by invoking article 5 of NATO, effectively declaring war.

Basically, the entire middle eastern royal family has access to mercenary groups and people smugglers, they can leverage them for a return, which is how ISIS was created, or they can buy their services.

What's dicey is that it's probably private individuals, so the Saudi authorities are playing dumb. Everyone knows but no one has any good evidence exactly which cunts funded it, I honestly think it was teenagers who got too deep.
