Bump. This is actually important. The bill is set up so that a Presidents executive orders can only be altered by acts of Congress. Its the Deep State-Obama E.O.s they are concerned about. this cant be law because its unconstitutional for Congress to claim Executive powers without changing the Constitution, (supposedly...we all know they shit on that paperwork a long time ago and every day since).

Basically, its a way to stop trump from ever negotiating a better situation with Russia.

Trump needs to aggressively purge the judiciary, aggressively purge the bureaucratic technocracy, place a JSOC asset in cruel and ruthless control of the CIA, and complete everything he can that does not require outside cooperation (which is actually plenty if you plan it right).
