Not really. Despite the memes, the densest parts of Europes have very little non-whites. Apart from the UK. Which is still pretty white.

Just take the Netherlands. It's roughly 15.5 million white people crammed into an area smaller than my country. Adding non whites raises that to 17 million about, which does make it worse, but it'd still be super dense regardless.
