Have you ever WWOOF'd or anything like that? I've done it in a few countries to offset my expenses while seeing the countryside; it's a stupid system. People should be paid for their labor or else weird behavior and notions begin to occur; it's hard to explain if you haven't seen it. Starting this as a co-op or a communal society would only be possible for a very small community harboring beliefs of an extreme political or religious nature. These groups always have infighting from who wants to lead it. But ideally, for this to actually work and people to want to come they need to be paid and build up their own capital; which means this needs to not only cover its expenses but be profitable. I'm sure someone will try and tear this apart as capitalist Jewery or something; but it's the truth.

I would genuinely throw a good bit of cash into this, but this can't be larping or focusing on whimsical ideals or it'll never get close to happening

Well it's all relative, if mass immigration doesn't stop, most of our first-world countries will become literal wastelands. A country with land where to build and grow food without being tracked down by muslims would already be something many will search for

I haven't, but I know of friends and some family who have, and I understand what you mean. But this should be avoidable by introducing regular capitalism, while preventing any kind of usury and, in the long term, central banks.

I really don't see it as possible to do this without an initial investment of tens, or even hundreds of thousands for a very small group, ten give or take. Let's assume land is secured for this group

I don't think you should be too quick to knock the US or even Canada. The US, while it is much harder nowadays, still has historically been a place that has had some pretty wacky isolated sects that are able to remain almost entirely separate from the mainstream. This is still possible in some areas, though ATF and the Feds can still fuck you up over made up things. Still there's plenty of isolated cults that control local areas and can maintain and protect themselves

Doing something like this in the US would drastically reduce costs and make more aspects feasible, such as something approaching self-sufficiency (if just from a Plant Hardiness growing perspective)

Doing something at all resembling this in the US brings a whole different set of challenges. Firstly, the group must be grounded in something and in my opinion that something must be more than simply White Nationalism. It needs ways to culturally distinguish itself from the outside and keep itself a coherent group. Religion is one form of this group identity, cultural or linguistic differences is another. That's all a whole different discussion. Maybe, as a Frenchman, you may want to look into Quebec? Towns on the coast around the Gaspe peninsula are both isolated, have fairly harsh winters, and are probably usually +95% white. I don't know, is there something unfeasible about the French countryside?
