Not any one person, but all of them.
Hitler, Frederick the Great, Julius and Augustus Caeser, Harold Godwinson, King Leonidas etc, we have to look up to every single one of them in our time of need, and remember that we've faced worse odds and come out on top. The first step is ourselves, then our communities. If this can't be done, relocate and make your own community.

Like I said, it's likely that there are no more heroes in this age. Maybe one will appear from the shadows, like Hitler went from being homeless on the streets of Vienna to a volunteer iron cross winner, and then on to be one of the most influential and inspiring men in history. But realistically for that, things must collapse first, like they did with the Weimar, and unfortuantely the elites are very good at stringing this out and keeping the average person pacified, even despite all the international debt and the quickly changing demographics. Crap food and reality TV, Panem et circenses.
Make yourselves and your families self-sustainable away from the rotting corpse of civilisation, and afterwards you may be able to pick up the pieces.
