The answer didn't change, however there is now a way in which we can describe this attitude to economics, and it's actually a word we've used repeatedly in reference to Fascism anyway: Socialism.

As I have fallen more so with the idealogies of NatSoc. One thing that isn't ever answered is where did the so called "salute" come from? Why?

That's quite true for the early years of the Reich, but later on after the borders had expanded it's obvious that he was totally fine with multiple white ethnic groups living under one nation. He was quite happy for Europeans to be living together within the Reich and I'm sure he didn't impose any kind of ethnic-mixing restrictions like he outlawed racial mixing. Of course the core of the movement was German but eventually it grew to appeal to and encompass all Europeans.
