Okay, I would highly warn people off 23andme.
Of all of the DNA testing companies out there, they are the most dodge. They have family ties to Google, bunch of silicon valley data miners, they shill their product the hardest of any testing company - maybe on par with ancestry, but ancestry seem to be more subtle about it and they aren't kikes, and if they're really creating a Mormon database for posthumous conversion then w/e I don't really care about that.
What's more, is 23andme has a terribly skewed population dataset. It's actually skewed towards Europeans, so ironically they could over-report your European heritage - and yes, they will still report trace non-European too, but that's more to do with the confidence levels they set rather than their dataset.
I thought 23andme offered a pretty decent autosomal+haplotype package for the layman who doesn't become a complete genetic genealogy anorak, especially since ftDNA doesn't offer SNP haplotype testing as standard.
But I just think there are too many flaws with 23andme.
I'm currently looking at LivingDNA as an alternative autosomal+haplotype package.

tl;dr
Don't test with 23andme. It's not worth it.

ftDNA are shit for casuals, they're more aimed at anoraks who end up spending 4 figure sums over the span of years to delve deeper into shit (mostly in terms of their Big Y discovery testing for y chromosome haplotype phylogeny).
The thing is, 23andme is fairly open about their interest in using data for medical research, they try and encourage users to answer vast surveys so they can use customer data in cohort studies for genetic risk factors. That's their thing.
ftDNA are more aimed at genealogy than health and medical stuff, they're more aimed at working with ISOGG in said discovery testing, which even then is far less of a risk to your anonymity than what 23andme do.
I've tested with both. I think both of their autosomal admixture models are kind of lacking. I'm half tempted to test with ancestry too, but as I said, I'm waiting on my LivingDNA results to come through first.

Just so you're aware, with 25% yid ancestry, even if you and your descendents marry pure whites going forward, the yid ancestry will show for all the generations up to your great great great great grandkids.
Thereafter, each of your great great great great great grandkids would have a 50% chance of either inheriting what little remained, or getting clean. The chances of all of your great great great great great grandkids being clean is astronomically low, something around 1%.

I would either test with ftDNA or ancestry. Those seem to be the most genealogically oriented ones, which would also give you the highest chances of matching biological relatives. You could then transfer raw data from them to gedmatch for more autosomal tools.
The only downside with them is no haplotyping (apart from with ftDNA if you spend a lot more to get through all their shitty STR gateway tests).
If you want haplogroups, then test with LivingDNA.

Essentially you have to choose between
1:

or
2:
>Transferable data (currently not facilitated by LivingDNA)
>Having a large genealogical community for potential matching.

Personally, I don't know how worth it it would be for you to go out of your way for haplotyping.

Nope. My anorak testing on ftDNA, with the Big Y discovery test, is more because I have a unique haplotype subclade for my surname, I'm not of the cadet lineage, and I've found nobody else with my terminal SNP who shares my surname.
The other reason is I have centuries worth of genealogical papertrails proving my ancestry, and I like to test the resolution and accuracy of different companys' tests, so I know which one is best. A problem I've had, for example, is that a lot of tests mis-attribute a hefty chunk of my known German ancestry to Scandinavia, when I have no known or recorded Scandi ancestors.

My 2 primary German lines trace back to Berlin through one grandparent, and Stuttgart through another, although I haven't traced the Stuttgart lineage far back enough IMO, yet even there I haven't seen any reason to believe there could be enough Swede in there to skew the results as much as they get skewed. All I see are German surnames and German faces.
My direct matrilineage is from Stuttgart, fwiw. Pic related is my great great great grandmother, Epple, does she come across as a Scandi to you? She doesn't to me. Neither did her husband who I unfortunately cropped from the pic when I took it years ago.
My Stuttgart line actually married a Bernese Swiss line too, and they're the most brachycephalic of anyone in my family, with some of them looking stereotypically Alpinid.
