Women rely far more on men than men on women. Men only require for women to perform a relatively small amount of functions, meaning outsourcing women to AI is way easier. Make a bot that can cook and clean, raise children and have an artificial womb capable of birthing children and women instantly become completely obsolete. Compare this to what you'd need to recreate from males; money, social status, charisma, just the right amount of alpha behavior. It's much more difficult. Of course you can try to create them, but females will be irrelevant and long obsolete far before it happens.
