Why does that matter? The fact she has been stripped of the power is at outrage to the British constitutional system which is entirely based on trial and error. The fact is an absolute parliament doesn't work which is what we have essentially.

Also 2nd for National Conservative monarchism.

>The fact is an absolute parliament doesn't work

True. The balance in our Constitution has been upset and now hangs in favour of the Commons. Only massive public support could do anything about it, not voting for either Labour or Tories would help, a low turnout election would be the best result.

Absolutely. Re-reading your point I see what you meant. I thought you were anti-monarchy. My point was just essentially, having a second chamber is no use if it is absolute (which parliament is on all terms) without the monarchs oversight.

>She hasn't, the monarchy is above the law, Commons can't legislate against it. She still holds her powers.
In theory. In practice, the last use of Royal Assent was 1707 by Queen Anne with the Scottish militia bill. And it is done entirely through ministers and ministerial advice. If the Queen showed up formally to sign assent, it would be an outrage, I guarantee.

>
True. The balance in our Constitution has been upset and now hangs in favour of the Commons. Only massive public support could do anything about it, not voting for either Labour or Tories would help, a low turnout election would be the best result.
100%. I'm not an absolutist monarch. I believe in the laws of England, both through entrenched (formally) constitutions, common law and common sense. But I'm no more an absolutist for parliament which is what we truly have.

That was in King Charles III. It is legal. I don't know what would happen, we can speculate as the monarch is now a degraded role, but the simple act of using Royal Prerogative is legal.

https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200304/cmselect/cmpubadm/422/42204.html

Here's the legality of it

>"5. The Queen's constitutional prerogatives are the personal discretionary powers which remain in the Sovereign's hands. They include the rights to advise, encourage and warn Ministers in private; to appoint the Prime Minister and other Ministers; to assent to legislation; to prorogue or to dissolve Parliament; and (in grave constitutional crisis) to act contrary to or without Ministerial advice. In ordinary circumstances The Queen, as a constitutional monarch, accepts Ministerial advice about the use of these powers if it is available, whether she personally agrees with that advice or not. That constitutional position ensures that Ministers take responsibility for the use of the powers."

Give me a break Charlie, social mobility is only relevant from the middle class to upper class.
A child raised by poor parents will be poor in virtues as well. No matter how much wealth the person might assemble, the taint dwells within.
The only absolution such a person might find is by cutting all ties to his former life and being effectively reborn as a solitude new man, to shape his life according to his will. Then again, the same goes even for pakis and their ilk.

People have such a piss poor understanding of the British system it is laughable, not foreigners either, but nationals too.

We've been a form of parliamentary monarch system since the 13th century. More officially, we've been a parliamentary democracy and monarchical system since the Glorious Revolution in 1688 and the Bill of Rights 1689.

The monarch does not have absolute power, but is the oversight of the parliament and approves law and all legislation through Royal Assent powers whilst maintaining control over the military.

Despite this being an anonymous board that prides itself on this fact - there are people amongst us who believe themselves to be particularly special and above all others here. They believe that their posts and opinions are more highly valued and more important than the contributions of others - these people are known as tripfags.

They are a rotten pustulent cancer that has destroyed this board - along with their allies: The Karenposters and the miscellaneous food item posters - they have worked tirelessly to derail all forms of rational discussion in favour of their rampant egomania. Their almost unquenchable narcissism has derailed countless discussion and caused a great rift between the formerly united posters of Brit/pol/.
The Tripcunt is immunized against all dangers: one may call him a narcissist, egomaniac, arsehole, attention seeker, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But tell people to filter his tripcode and you will be astonished at how he recoils, how injured he is, how he suddenly shrinks back: “I’ve been found out.”
You can stop tripfags by simply not responding to them ever. You can hide and filter tripcodes by going to the [SETTINGS] link at the bottom of the page and adding their tripcode to the FILTER option. BE SURE TO HIDE POST STUBS.

This will improve your experience here tenfold - as it has done mine.
TRIPCODES TO ADD TO THE FILTER LIST!

She didn't allow this to happen. The monarch has not formally signed Royal Assent since Victoria. The last outright refusal was Queen Anne in 1707. Prerogative powers seem rather baseless in the modern era, and ministerial advice is essentially what runs the Crown.

Parliament created this. Parliament signed the Balfour Declaration of 1926, Parliament signed the Atlantic Charter, Parliament gave our colonies Independence, Parliament guided both world wars and every war since. To blame Elizabeth is wrong. She shouldn't be just a figure head to begin with. It's a meme that she doesn't hold power, she holds immense power, but all in theory.

Bomber Harris kills them all
Left, right, right, left
ANGLO sows the seeds of death
Not a stone is left to stand
When ANGLO flies across the land
After starting World War One
The ANGLO's work was still not done
So joining with the Pole and Jew
He made a new one: World War Two
To sate his thirst for Aryan blood
That he wanted, that he got
Now Dresden is devoid of cheer
Hans have fear; the ANGLO is here

Brit /pol/-Jewish ashkennazi elitist dommination, NWO bootlicking, rothschild bumlicking edition!

I mean use to be a Monarchist GSTQer like you and then i took a redpill to the knee, and realised that monarchism is exactly the same as neo-conservativsm and liberalism it is just a concealed by product of marxism that works to further spread Karl Marx's idea of a one world government which is dominated by jews who worship lucifer and oppress the masses by removing them of their race conciousness, culture, nationalism and morality.

Dont get me wrong monarchism was was a grand and magnificent idea in its early conception however along came the jews as royal advisors and fucked everything up, any ideolgy that consolidates power to a single body is bound to dicentergrate into ruin unless of course it is wise to the jews and their tricks.

The Islamic World was only more "advanced" because they raped and murdered their way through East Asia and picked up information and research that was conducted by the Hindu and Indus Valley civilisations.

And to fucking suggest that the Crusades were some completely unwarranted extermination campaign is fucking retarded. The Muslims had been raping and pillaging Southern and Eastern Europe for centuries prior to ANY sort of unified European reaction.

Add to that, in between the 1st and 2nd Crusades, a number of Crusader forces actually teamed up with some Seljuks to attack Eastern Muslims.

Ask yourself how did the british empire become the biggest of its kind ever to rule the earth, though submitting to the will of jewish usury of couse, who lent out money to buy arms and finace expiditions, only to the british monarchs dismay who ended up serving the Jew world order and the great jewish familes who lent the money in the first place!

China is a meme economy. It will collapse before the UK does, and that's a guarantee.

They're nothing more than the world's shitty low-quality sweatshop. Their economic growth is based entirely on siphoning manufacturing from other countries, and then selling the (poorly-made) goods back to said countries.
Eventually they will become the victims of their own success. There is already an ascending middle-class in China, and living standards in the cities have skyrocketed. Sooner or later wages will start to rise, driving up manufacturing costs and suffocating the economy.

China mistakenly believes that it can transition into a more modern economy like Japan. This will never happen.
China's cheap manufacturing is partly driven by the almost complete lack of industrial standards and regulations. China is great for mass-producing plastic shite, but not for producing high quality goods like pharmaceuticals, electronics, autos, etc. In order to produce higher-quality goods like this (copying the Japan/SK model), China would need to start laying down red tape (which would nuke their current manufacturing industry).
More importantly, China will never be able to compete with established countries in the service economy. For example, no one in their right mind would ever move their money out of a Swiss bank into a Chinese (state) bank. No one would go to some shady unregulated Chinese accountancy firm when you can go to PwC or Deloitte. You can't simply undercut your way into the service economy like you can with manufacturing.

China will never be able to evolve into a truly modern country. If they attempt to do so, they will lose everything (the industry will simply move to somewhere cheaper like Africa or Mexico). In the long term, China is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

If you're looking to make some money for a while before moving elsewhere, then sure, go to China. But if you're looking to settle down and establish a family, then lol.

You may laugh at me calling them satanists, but if you have studdied freemasonry, Druidism and the kabbalah etc you will see that they worship the bearer of light, the fallen angel aka Lucifer.

Just take a look at some of the excerpts from some of Albert Pike's, Alestier Crowley's and reknowned Jewish rabbis and intelectuals speech's and books you will see how their belief sytems are based around the worship of lucifer.

Well If you haven't noticed we live a god dammed age of bloddy strife were our rights and civil liberties are being degraded by the day in the name of "counter terrorism".

Let go of the idea of monarchism we live in the modern age, an age destined to capsize unless we take unwanted drastic mesaues to prevent our socites collapsing and succumbing to the jewish plot for a tyranical one world government.

Not really. It is more to do with the fact that a number of them will be burnt beyons the ability to accurately account for them, plus the fact that if no one comes forward, and the victims have no criminal record, then DNA won't be able to identify the victim's identity.

>Bank of America Corp. has picked Dublin to locate its main European Union hub in preparation for Britain quitting the bloc in 2019.

>The bank will move some roles from London to the Irish capital and other cities across the region, the bank said in a statement Friday. Bank of America already has a fully licensed operation in Dublin.

>London has flourished as a hub for global finance in part because firms based in the capital have the right to do business across the 28-nation EU. After Brexit, British banks as well as London-based firms from the U.S., Japan and other non-EU countries stand to lose this “passport” and may need to channel their business through units based in the bloc.

>If you asked the likes of King john who wrote the magna carta would he think it appropriate to have CCTV, hate speech laws, mass govermental survelience, mass data collection and all the other glourious authoritarain mesaures that we have today?
Lel no because 1. the Magna Carta didn't become significant until centuries after its writing 2. it was about peasants and land mainly.

Why did you specifically pick out the Magna Carta? The Provisions of Oxford are more relevant to your point but neither of those single handedly govern the UK. They are the framework of the British constitutional system, which is based on tradition, precedent, and trial and error.

Check'd for good analysis of shifting ideals. Someone put it well before in terms of the hierarchy; namely the new fangled identitarian stuggle (intersectional opression points to the non-British, muh poor grenfell welfare leeches, imported American microagression type academia) as epitomised in the altar of multiculturalism upon which the funeral pyre of what was once a beacon of civilisation is heaped takes priority over 'the bankers, the bonuses' and the classical economics class-struggle.

Also, the blackshirt looks aesthetic as fuck, where to cop a decent one?

Interesting reading regarding Mosely's view of it(from cnqzu.com/library/Solar%20General/100-questions-about-fascism-oswald-mosley.pdf):

(1) We wear a Blackshirt because the colour Black best expresses the iron determination of
Fascism in the conquest of red anarchy. Symbolism in itself is nothing new in British politics.
The Conservatives, who are naturally rather shy about their creed, wear a modest primrose once
a year in memory of Mr. Disraeli. The Liberals wear rosettes of varying hues at election time.
The Socialists wore red ties until they faded pink after the last Labour Government. In
symbolism as in our creed we are more full-blooded people and, literally as well as
metaphorically, have put our shirt on Fascism. Our members are not compelled to wear the
Blackshirt. In most districts only about 1 in 20 wear it. But those who have worn the Blackshirt
in the early days and publicly proclaimed their faith before the world, have performed a service
to Fascism which will never be forgotten. Strongly held opinions, strongly expressed, are a
necessity in the chaos of a flabby age. The Blackshirt, therefore, is the symbol of Fascism.

The Magna Carta was none of that, until it was reinforced by later documents and its image as an ancient split of power between monarchs and public assemblies helped push the Bill of Rights 1689 and Provisions of the civil war into place.

>the Provisions of Oxford (1258), the Provisions of Westminister (1259), the Statue of Marlborough (1267), the Welsh Acts of 1535 & 1542, the Petition of Right (1628), Instrument of government (1653), Humble Petition & Advice (1657), Habeas Corpus Act (1679), the Bill of Rights (1689), the Act of Settlement (1701), and the Act of Union (1706), Acts of Union (1800), Reform Acts (1832, 1867, 1884), Representation of the People Act (1928, 1949, 1969)

Yes you can. The Public Order acts are illegal. They received huge opposition in parliament to the point that their purpose was lied about and they still aren't viewed, openly, as an injustice on freedom of speech.

But 1. Britain has no entrenched constitution
2. Britain's constitution is based on 1000 years of trial and error
So quoting one piece of legislation which isn't entrenched won't work. You're right. Quoting it from law will work. The High Court throws out cases on the basis of freedom of speech almost monthly.

USA is the best country to go to imo. The property prices there are not that expensive and you get to enjoy the 2A. The problem with other anglophone countries is that they don't have a proper constitution, so they can introduce batshit laws regularly in parliament (See Canada's tranny laws).

33. What is your attitude to Science ?
Science must be the basis of the technical State of Fascism. In the modern world the function of
the State is largely to keep the ring clear for the technician. The money spent on both scientific
and technical research is absurdly inadequate With a more far-sighted policy, not only could
industrial discovery one hundred-fold replace the money expended, but many of the ravages of
disease might be conquered. Democracy is always penny-wise and pound-foolish. Fascism, not
only by money but by honour, will repose its faith in the scientist.

I wonder what Britain would look like now if he had gained power.

Yes but all other anglohpone countries say "hate speech is illegal". ALL the supreme court justices in America have said that hate speech is free speech. That law is never going to change. But i can guarantee you that if the USA had a system like ours, they would pass anti transphobia, anti islamphobia hate speech laws in a second

I'd argue that playfighting with them for personal amusement gives them the same amount of attention as indiscriminately throwing peanuts at them in the form of .jpgs

The UK high court throws away cases on the basis of freedom of speech almost monthly. Me and the other anon had a discussion about this before. http://consoc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/entrenchment-text-pdf-A4.pdf

Have a read of this and then decide for yourself. Personally I view an unwritten constitution based on trial and error (1000 years of it for England) as better.

What a shameless shitlord. Science is offensive.

We would unironically be so much more advanced. Just look at the Wunderwaffe that the Nazi scientists dreamed up towards the end of the war - we could have had that...

Ah yes, when the Caribbeans arrived in the 1950s looking for work, many of them helped to build Hadrians wall in the year 120.

Oooooooo showing off your degree in law anon?
You know what good on you for knowing our legal sytem better than me, I myself went to a bogshit standard state school, and had to self educate myself on the bascis of our legal sytem and most importantly what the hell is wrong with it.

I definelty think without a doubt the most detrimental laws to be repealed that have affected our nation most dearly were the ones done away with by the liberal Roy Jenkins the inabillity to hang murderers and peadophiles, the weaking on drugs etc.
All instsnces of which have brought about the destuction of moral christan values in British socitey.
