>U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez said in his ruling that the law, which would make it illegal to possess any gun magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition, likely violates the Second Amendment rights of the plaintiffs in the case. He ordered that California immediately stop enforcing the law pending further legal action
>"The regulation is neither presumptively legal nor longstanding," Benitez said. "The statute hits close to the core of the Second Amendment and is more than a slight burden. When the simple test of Heller is applied, a test that persons of common intelligence can understand, the statute is adjudged an unconstitutional abridgment."

>The liberal voter horde and their elite jesuit masters want to take away the rights of millions of patriotic best coasters
>If they lose this battle, it is very like that we will Make California Great Again
>This attempted magazine ban, forced through the Bill of Rights with (((democracy))), like the Founding Fathers warned, is the straw that will break the camels back

They are going to suicide this hero judge and his family. Protect him with meme magic. Save the state, save the country and thus save the world for freedom.

Look man, the "union" is quickly turning into a confederation of states. The blue states are going to continue to be 1st world countries, and the republican obsession with states rights could actually allow them to become the small socialist nordic nations they've always wanted to be. SImilarly, the red states are about to turn into the no-saftey-nets-for-anybody starving eastern-block nations they've always wanted to be. As a resident of the former, I don't welcome immigrants from the latter.

California, Hawaii, and the Northeast are going to be alright... the rest of the country... idk. Let-em-starve I say.

Pick one.

In all seriousness though, it is funny to see the leftists finally seeing the value in small government, if only for Trump's presidency. California will likely never leave, but if it did it would push the nation vastly to the right, which would improve the economy a shit ton while California would turn into a 3rd world craphole as an example of failed leftist policy. Hopefully they go through with it and we let them leave, it'll be funny to watch.

Reading comprehension nigga. I'm not talking about leaving the union. I'm talking about having a functioning Keynesian economy within the union, while keeping out the 3rd-world Christian-Sharia-Law Radical-Protestant-Extremist refugees from shitting up my decent state.

Charity happens to be one of our core ideological tennats, so we're happy to continue giving more to the union than we're getting, we're just not going to listen when you tell us to violate our ideological tennats.

>it's "not real capitalism
what the fuck are you talking about, Keynesian economics takes the best of capitalism and socialism, and rolls them into one functioning whole that allows growth of the national economy, while not ignoring the poor. It's how an economy should function, and it's how the republican obsession with states rights is going to allow the blue-states to function finally.

Though I do feel for the poor rednecks in the red-states that are going to turn into eastern-block third-world shitholes.... but I still don't want them walking around the streets here.

So, capitalists? You do realize that for a nation to be socialists it has to have worker ownership of the means of production, no private property (although there is a distinction between private property and personal property), no profit being made by exploiting a working class by taking the full value of their labor from them.

Tell you what, there's a communist thread up right now, you go there and read up on socialism and then come back and we'll talk.

We have a strong conservative base in San Diego, Orange County and inland.

Inner city Los Angeles

That huge mix tilts our scales. But, know there is severe Right v Left tension here. The next civil war will break out in Southern California.

>Normally he would be agreeing with you, but this commie seems to be confusing regulated capitalism (aka what we've had since Adam Smith himself) with socialism.

What the red-states have been inflicting on the blue-states is not regulated capitalism. A well-regulated capitalism that uses a functioning and well funded welfare-state to artificially guarantee constant injections of money into circulation, while deciding on a case-by-case basis what whether a given product/service/industry is better serviced by the private sector, the public sector, or both, is literally what the blue-states have been trying to go back to since Reagan kamikaze'd the New Deal (which WAS a functioning regulated capitalism.)

What the post-Reagan red-states are trying to inflict on the blue-states is what can only be described as a fetishism for the invisible hand of the free market, and a sadistic glee in the suffering of the poor.

If you don't like my coloquial use of the word "socialism" to mean "well regulated capitalism where the government actually does its job and prevents shit from going belly up" then... idk... get over it? Yeah, I use the communist flag, but that's because our orange-turd-in-chief makes me ashamed to fly the American flag. I'm not LITERALLy a communist.

But the american economic right... I.E. a predominant demographic on this board, doesn't. So, to be fair, similar to how when I said "socialism" with a communist flag, you assume I mean total state control of the means of production, when someone with a "deus volt" flag says "capitalism" I assume he means 100% unregulated wild-west strong-eat-and-the-weak-are-meat laissez faire capitalism until he explains himself otherwise.

Standard capacity magazines were legally changed to "high-capacity magazines" purely because 10 rounds felt like MUH FEELS. Seriously, wtf makes a standard mag "high" and 10 rounds "not high" just because some jesuits in sacramento say so? Try banning standard size magazines and watch it go 90% in favor of the second amendment.

Also popular vote cannot override the Bill of Rights and this establishes/solidifies that.

Also... if you think that white people can't be lowIQ, then you've never been to redneckistan and seen those inbred mongoloids

You let ALL the huddled masses yearning to be free in, and those that are successful are successful, and those that are not can still serve a purpose through the welfare state by using their poor money management skills to provide an ideal method of injection for economic stimulus.
