What does /pol/ think?
No longer 'Voluntary', now 'Compulsory'; every individual despite demographics will serve no less than 4-years working in those disciplines necessary to place the nation first. Every individual will pass a battery of mental and physical tests, to ensure each is fully qualified for a particular vocation.
>Mandatory Mental and Physical Requirements
>Discipline, Structure and Organization are maintained
>Vocation and Training specific to a chosen discipline are offered at no charge
>Those who wish may extend their obligation in order to qualify for higher positions
>Those conscripts who do not qualify either mentally or physically will be in a pool of low-skilled workers to manage menial national upkeep and maintenance
Ancillary studies unrelated to any chosen field will not be honored and must be paid for by the conscript.
