Leech therapy is a real thing, used in western medicine, to drain blood clots in hard to reach areas such as ears. Aromatherapy is most likely pseudoscience but could have a basis in biochemistry (but until proved, bullshit), acupuncture has a lot of anecdotal evidence towards working but not too much research, colon cleansing is a real thing (so are fecal transplants), not sure what Gua Sha is.

it's not to remove mucus really, but to remove fecal matter that may be stuck on the colon walls. The actual process is just like an enema, but it can be pseudoscientific in their claims/what liquid they use. But the concept of an enema isnt in of itself pseudoscience
