Idk, probably. The best way to explain why we're so white is albinism. The albino population thrived in places without as much sun as Africa. From there, within the albino community, genes developed that allowed people to tan.

I remember reading an article a year ago about this. The study the article was citing concluded it takes about 20 generations for someone to go from relatively white to relatively black, or visa versa.

Race goes beyond skin. Skin is just a natural way our bodies deal with the sun UV. Only dumb stormfaggots actually link race traits to just the skin color.
