We're Belarus now. The Supreme Court is the body that declares the validity of elections and it's in complete control of the ruling party. There's also no functional Constitutional Court to speak of, which effectively means they can pass any absurd law they want since they control both the President and both houses of the Parliament and there's no one to keep them in check.
They might as well win the next elections with a 101% majority and absolutely nobody could do anything about it.

Doesn't matter. V4 is going to be taking over the EU in the next decade. This was made obvious by Israel trying to ally with them. Israel is a realist and Machiavellian state, and they would only back V4 if they knew it would come out on top. More Eastern euro states will join the coalition and become a counterbalance to Germany and France, who are both going to be bogged down with social chaos of their migrant suicide pact (and possibly end up in real civil war, at least in the case of France). Brexit is actually what will allow this because without the UK, western Europe has less power to force their will on Eastern Euros.
