in 2015 we started to see an influx in new arrivals to this state. a lot of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Texas, and Iowa transplants. even a decent increase in New Yorker's moving out here. right now az is getting 88,000 new arrivals moving here each month.

I've been planning on moving to Arizona for years and I am about to, so this thread is quite painful.

However, I've gotten the impression that the Republicans were hanging on by a thread for a long time. What I see with many Mexicans is a gang-type mentality, where they want to pack the state with as many of "their people" as possible. If they can just get their fingers in the door, they can rip it open, flood Arizona, and make it permanently La Raza Land like Southern California. Obviously the Whites coming in from California and New York are fleeing to a nicer state and keeping their voting habits with them.

I did notice when Arpaio lost to the man who calls illegal immigrants "visitors."
