One of my friends attended Park View until his Junior year, then moved to Maryland to attend his last year of school. As expected, it was Niggertopia there. There is one way, it would never be implemented but it would work. Have the government systematically at the state and local level kick them out by the thousands with no due process since they aren't citizens anyway. And if the leadership refuses to cooperate replace them and put them under arrest for subversion.
