Obamaphones. All paying cell customers lose, degenerates and cell companies profit. Look at your cell bill and you'll find a FCC Universal Service fee. These fees are collected and pooled to subsidize service for lazy fucks who dont work. The cell carriers are supposed to verify income and identity, but dont give a fuck as they get a new customer who is guaranteed to pay their bill, since it is covered by fees they have already collected.
