There's some good stuff there about the economic aspects of fascism, but this media-policing and women-worship crap is not commonly accepted fascist doctrine.
Goebbels warned about the former in his "More Morality, Less Moralism" speech. A western fascist state should start by implementing laws to deport or sterilise non-whites (including Jews), a more moral society will follow naturally from that. As an example, you don't see a lot of pro-interracial or homosexual propaganda coming out of East Asia, because they're virtually Jew-free.
Also women don't need to be "well educated", unless it's on subjects pertaining to raising a child or maintaining a household, kek.
