Honestly after hearing all the SJW accusations I was surprised to see that the main character defaults to a FUCKING WHITE MALE.

But then when I went to customize my character, all the presets were of brown people/asians. Like, you need an associates degree in computer modelling to create a normal looking white person in the character editor.

As far as content and the "message" of the game. There's a blend of nationalism/tribalism and globalism/we are the world bullshit. Obviously leans in one direction, but contradicts that message several times in the process (it's ok to sympathize with SOME people for being isolationist, but not OTHERS).

Pretty fun game but like every other ME game, I always find myself wanting more planets to land on.

ME: Andromeda crashed and burned because it was a garbage game produced by a newly opened studio with no track record. The MC could have been a transgender nigger alien if the original studio produced it and it would have sold out.

I liked the multiplayer. I never realised just how unbalanced the guns were in the game until I played a Krogan and ignored all Biotics and power-ups and just equipped the heaviest strongest guns I had and curbstomped most of the MP round solo(I had some passive skills maxed out to give me better melee and stuff), it was kind of crazy because everyone focused on getting light weapons and using powers while the weapons which were heavy just butchered everything in their path.

I played it daily for months so I had a lot of gear, I'm still pissed off about getting "rare" armour colours when I wanted a fucking rare gun.

Yeah that's right. The close combat class on Krogan with that charge, or whatever, was fucking unstoppable sometimes. But there were some kinds of enemies that it just really sucked against. I had one of those guys. My main guy was an adept that I focused on popping off a singularity to levitate the lowbie enemies and then detonate it with warp to blow them to pieces, and then just warp explode anything else on the banshees and shit that were actually somewhat difficult to kill.

I liked the co-op personally, mainly because it meant you could play with a low level character and build them up but if you fucked it up you could always reset the character back to level 1 and try something different.
I would have loved to have fought against other people but the balancing issues would have made it impossible, it was something I hated in ME2 and ME3 you pretty much never fought against Biotics anymore, it was infuriating because you and your team were full of biotics and powers but your enemies only a few of them have anything close to it and they're rare enemies at that.

I did love playing as the Infiltrator with the upgrade to make the enemies guns explode on them and turn their powers off for a second or so, did a lot of damage took barely a second to recover. Throw in some sticky mines and you could do some serious damage.
