Republicans say he's the worst ever and Democrats call him one of the best. Truth is he's mediocre. He didn't really do anything that good or that bad because he didn't get that much accomplished period. Still better than Bush.

But in all seriousness his foreign and domestic policy were lacking(Libya, and race relations in the US suffered) and he could have delivered more early and made ACA decent(which the repubs are fucking up too). I appreciate that he wasn't too much of a good goy and his economic policies didn't affect me so I don't have much to say about that
