At least Christianity goes into full detail.
If you want to be a good muslim you cannot read the bible, but there are biblical people (I.E. Abraham, Judas, Mary etc. )who are referenced in the quran but you're apparently supposed to already know who they are (who the fuck would you unless you read the bible.)
Also any contradictory doctrines are replaced by the most recent published doctrine. Islam makes no fucking sense to me
