I'm just going to interject here and say that "gods forgiveness" is the exact reason why I distance myself from Christianity. I actually agree with some of the beliefs of the religion but the lax attitude towards sin putting it towards "human imperfection" is appalling. There should be unforgivable sins and sins that almost have a three strike rule of sorts.
For example:
Premarital sex, murder, thievery are not okay under any circumstance.
