Average Hourly wages were $15 in 1995 ($22.32 inflation adjusted)
>Today it's about $23, the same.
Except, today we have
>no pensions
>less vacation time
>less hours
>far higher part-time to full-time ratio
The pensions alone would be worth about $40/day or $5/hour.
Minimum wage is $15 in Ontario now. In 1995 it was $6.85.
If you look at average hourly wage / min wage, we have:
>1995: 15/6.85= 2.19
>2017: 23/15= 1.533
If you factor in a pension, which most blue collar jobs had (even IT companies believe it or not),
>20/6.85= 2.92
So on, based on wages when adjusted for inflation and cost of living being way the fuck down, we literally earn half the wealth per hour compared to 22 years ago.
Now let's look at population growth
1995: 29.35M (90% white, 2.935M non-whites)
2017: 37M (68% white, 11.84M non-whites)
+8.95M non-whites, virtually all through (immigration)
So in 22 years Canada's population has increased 26% virtually all due to 9M non-whites, yet real earnings are down 50%.
>WHY THE FUCK DO WE HAVE SHITSKIN IMMIGRATION?

Nah, just liberals
As it turns out the average Canadian has no idea how the economy works so they think policies such as "legalize it" and "refugees welcome" are an effective way to grow the economy
20 years ago I worked my ass off at a moving company and had a decent quality of life renting a house.I spent time and money getting tickets and safety certifications to work a very difficult job. I live like shit now. At a moving company, I would need a room mate to split an apartment.
>minimum wage is $15/hr
No it isn't. It won't get that high unless the libs take enough win in Ontario.

Once we actually start taxing Weed, other taxes will be drasticly lowered. It's a multi billion dollar industry and we can tax it at 40% no problem.

The government can't even keep the medicinal users supplied right now. There's waiting lists.
They're too incompetent to legalize it and sell it to regular users. I wouldn't hold my breath.
