He made the ultimate sacrifice. Like any stupid normalfag, he probably saw a few corruption emails and decided it was best to leak them out, not thinking it could easily be traced back to him... because you know, he's a stupid normie who has no education in computer systems that even a 13 year old would know. He's just a political hack with no skills, but was able to get a cushy job working on computers because he was a yes man for the Democrat machine.

At the end of the day he's just a victim. A very stupid, ignorant victim. He didn't deserve this, but he did the right thing.
