"In the real world, NESARA stood for “National Economic Security and Recovery Act.” It’s a set of monetary reforms and tax law restructuring written by engineer and teacher Harvey Francis Barnard (dead in 2010 I believe) in the 1980’s, and printed in his book Draining the Swamp."
When Barnard made NESARA freely available in 2000, it became an instant hit with the nascent internet conspiracy movement. One of the people who became enraptured was Shaini Goodwin (Dove of Oneness - dead in 2012), herself a victim of a scam called the Omega Trust, a scheme put together by grifter Clyde Hood.
“Dove of Oneness” began to promote the proposal, with a few twists. First, she changed the name of the bill from the original National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act to the National Economic Security and Reformation Act. The name change speaks to the forward thinking of those who co-opted the bill. Removing the concepts of “stabilization” and “recovery” makes way for what would become a tale of congressional intrigue, white knights of virtue, impending world peace."
